These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website at www.triforcecomputers.com and the services provided by Triforce Computer Systems ("TCS", "we", "us", or "our"), a company registered and operating in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.

By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

1. Services

Triforce Computer Systems provides IT products and services including, but not limited to: laptop and computer sales and repair, CCTV installation and maintenance, networking and structured cabling, cloud and email solutions, VoIP telephony, data storage and backup, firewall and cybersecurity solutions, custom software development, and IT support contracts (AMC).

All services are subject to a separate service agreement or purchase order which, together with these Terms, governs the relationship between TCS and the client.

2. Use of the Website

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes. You must not:

  • Use the website in any way that breaches applicable UAE laws or regulations.
  • Transmit any unsolicited or unauthorised advertising or promotional material.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website or its related systems.
  • Reproduce, duplicate, copy, or re-sell any part of the website without our express written permission.

3. Quotations & Pricing

All quotations provided by TCS are valid for 14 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Prices are quoted in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are exclusive of VAT unless explicitly stated otherwise. TCS reserves the right to amend pricing prior to acceptance of a formal purchase order.

4. Payment Terms

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment terms are as follows:

  • Hardware purchases: 100% payment prior to delivery or on delivery.
  • Project-based services: 50% deposit upon order confirmation; 50% upon project completion.
  • AMC contracts: Annual payment in advance.

Late payments may incur interest at the rate permitted under UAE law. TCS reserves the right to suspend services for overdue accounts.

5. Warranty & Returns

Hardware products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty as applicable. TCS provides a 30-day workmanship warranty on repair services. Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, physical damage, power surges, or unauthorised modifications.

Returns are accepted within 7 days of purchase for unopened hardware in original packaging, subject to inspection. Custom-configured or special-order items are non-returnable.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of Triforce Computer Systems or its content suppliers and is protected by UAE intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this site without our prior written consent.

Custom software or applications developed by TCS for a client remain the property of TCS until full payment is received, after which intellectual property rights transfer to the client as agreed in the service contract.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law, TCS shall not be liable for:

  • Loss of data (clients are advised to maintain independent backups prior to any service).
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services or website.
  • Any failure or delay in service delivery due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control (force majeure).

Our total liability to any client for any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid by that client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information disclosed during the course of a service engagement. This obligation survives termination of the service agreement for a period of 2 years.

9. Third-Party Links

Our website may contain links to third-party websites. These links are provided for your convenience only. TCS has no control over the content of those sites and accepts no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them.

10. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Abu Dhabi. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Abu Dhabi, UAE.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
